TERMS & CONDITIONS

Property and Cancellation Policies :

Reception Hours: Our reception is open from 8:00hrs until 23:00 hrs. 

Check-In and Check-Out:
 Check-in time is from 15:00hrs - 23:00hrs and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. 

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
 If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please inquire about availability and associated costs with our staff. Please communicate your request at least 48 hours in advance. Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability. 

Late Check-In:
 Check-in after 23:00hrs can be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival and is subject to a late check-in fee of 250 CZK. 

No Shows:
 In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, plus applicable taxes. 

Special Room Requests: 
Special room requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. 

Key Deposit:
 A refundable key deposit of 200 CZK or 10 EUR, paid in cash only,  is required upon check-in for each set of keys. 

Valuables and Safety: 
The hostel is not liable for any money, valuables, or other property not deposited in the reception safety deposit box. 

Age restrictions:
 To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow minors (under 18 years old) in dorm rooms. Those under the age of 18 may book in a private room with parental permission. Please fill out form Parent Permission Form here: https://form.platoforms.com/friyo5paexf/

Admission Rights:
 The hostel reserves the right to deny admission to any person acting aggressively, being intoxicated, under the influence of narcotics, or otherwise posing a threat to our staff and guests. 

Pet Policy: Pets require prior consent from our staff and are allowed in private rooms only. 

Payment:
 All prices are in Czech Koruna (CZK). Full payment, including applicable taxes, for the booked stay is required at the time of check-in. 


No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the entire building. 

Group reservations:
For group reservations of 8 or more guests, a deposit of 400 CZK or 20 EUR per person is required. This deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. The purpose of this deposit is to ensure that our house rules are adhered to by large groups and to cover any potential damages that may occur during the stay. The deposit will be refunded to the guest during check-out after a thorough room inspection, provided there are no damages and no house rules were broken during your stay. Accessibility:
 Please note that our reception, rooms, and common spaces are only accessible via stairs, and there is no elevator available. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Parking: 
No parking on site. In case you are traveling by car we recommend booking a parking space through this service https://www.mrparkit.com/en. For a 10% discount, you can use the code: cab102.


Registration Form: All guests aged 16 and above are required to complete the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

The first night's deposit is non-refundable. However, guests have the option to reschedule for a new date within the next 6 months, and the deposit will be applied towards the new reservation. Please note that this option is only available if guests contact us at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date. This offer is not valid for no-shows.
